2. Account Registration & Personal Information
To open an account at desi 777, you must meet the following requirements and provide accurate information:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- The name, address, mobile number, and email provided during registration must be accurate and belong to you.
- Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
- Only one desi 777 account can be created per mobile number, email address, or payment account.
- If you need to update your information after registration, please contact customer support.
Opening an account using false information or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. Any such account, once identified, will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.
Desi 777 may request additional identity verification at any time. Failure to comply may result in your account being temporarily restricted or permanently closed.
3. Age Verification & KYC Process
Desi 777 takes the protection of minors from gaming very seriously. Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process is therefore mandatory before any withdrawal or high-value transaction.
Please submit one of the following government-issued IDs for KYC verification:
- National ID Card (NID) — clear images of both sides
- Scan of the passport information page

A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (issued within the last 3 months) may be required for address verification.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

- Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- There are no processing fees on deposits. Payment provider charges may apply to withdrawals.
desi 777 monitors suspicious financial activity and complies with anti-money laundering laws. Accounts showing unusual transaction patterns may be temporarily suspended pending review.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Desi 777's bonus and promotion system is open to all eligible users. However, each bonus offer comes with specific terms and conditions that must be met:

- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- Creating multiple accounts from the same person or household to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
- Desi 777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If any bonus abuse is found, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once at the time of the first deposit. Existing users cannot create a new account to claim this bonus.
6. General Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules must be observed when playing games on desi 777:
- Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a system error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, desi 777 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- If any game or bet is interrupted due to a technical issue, desi 777 will resolve the matter in accordance with its established policies.
- If a live sports betting event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and refunded. If the event is rescheduled, the bet remains valid until the new date.
- Maximum bet limits are set individually for each game and market and are shown on the respective game page.

7. Prohibited Activities & Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on desi 777 and may result in account closure and legal action:

- Placing bets on match-fixing or with prior knowledge of a sports event's outcome.
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.

- Using abusive or threatening language toward customer service staff or other users.

8. Account Closure & Restrictions
Desi 777 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- For violating any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
- If identified as a minor.
- Failure to submit KYC documents.
- Engaging in any prohibited activity.
- If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded (subject to applicable conditions).

12. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
